Score Collection
Scope and Content Note
The Score Collection contains visual poetry submissions, correspondence and manuscript material sent to Crag Hill from 1983-1992. The collection also contains paste-ups, mechanicals, proofs, negatives, cover art and other production material for Score magazine's first 12 issues, broadsides, and other publications. Of particular note is the production material for the issues. Most of the issues have complete paste-ups that have been arranged and edited by hand, bearing blue lines and editor's notes. These paste-ups are in color, while most of the magazine was typically printed in black-and-white.
Score includes work from such authors and artists as Loris Essary, Kathy Ernst, Karl Kempton, Peter Ganick, Bern Porter, jwcurry, Vittore Baroni and Cesar Espinosa.
