The Mark Hammer collection includes correspondence, poetry submissions, posters, photographs, publication materials, personal records, and other materials related to Mark Hammer's publications and his work with the Red Flannel Reading Series. Series I Publications includes materials related to Mark Hammer's work with publications such as Uprising, The Reporter, and various broadsides. Also included in Series II are journals and broadsides published by authors associated with Mark Hammer. Series II Readings focuses on materials related to poetry readings most notably the Red Flannel Series. Series III contains poems by Mark Hammer, his CV, transcription of Robert Duncan's lectures, and Mark Hammer's teaching. Series IV includes correspondence with various individuals. Included in Series II and III are various recordings of readings, lectures, and music tapes. An inventory list of tapes is included in Box 7. Some tapes and vinyl records are included with correspondence. Floppy disks included with oversize folders in Box 6.
