Scope and Contents Harold Cohen served as Educational Director and Executive Director of the Institute for Behavioral Research (IBR). IBR's research emphasis was in basic and applied behavioral and operant pyschology. The Cohens major IBR projects involved education, mainly of adolescents, including for children with special needs, alternatives to punishment, and their legal rights.
