Scope and Contents
This collection contains materials related to Marvin Farber's position as editor of the journal Philosophy and Phenomenological Research, mainly correspondence. The correspondence in the collection is primarily related to PPR, but there are also letters concerning the Philosophy Department and other UB topics. PPR correspondence concerns submission and review of articles as well as routine letters concerning subscription and circulation of the journal. Also included are editorial logs and correspondence, which pertain to the journal's routine office and editorial concerns, and manuscripts in English, German, and Russian.The collection also contains materials related to the Russian Translation Project, including translations in both Russian and English, and files pertaining to the International Phenomenological Society and Philosophy and Phenomenological Review.
