This collection contains the student papers of UB alumna Faith Karas Moll, including papers, monographs, photographs, research notes, books, and other materials published by Dr. Marian E. White and other anthropology scholars. Many of the materials in this collection relate to Karas Moll's research surrounding the Buffalo Creek Reservation.

Biographical / Historical

Faith Karas Moll was a student of anthropology who received her B.A. from UB in 1960 and her M.A. from SUNY Buffalo State in 1963. Moll completed her thesis "The Material Culture of the Buffalo Creek Indian Reservation, 1780 to 1830" under the direction of Dr. Marian E. White, UB Professor of Anthropology.
