Legal documents and correspondence on a suit brought by William Condon against Dr. Heyd and others, to recover damages for the adoption and use of a copyrighted plan for health insurance.
Box 7 contains four small bound notebooks containing the personal jottings of Dr. Heyd's uncle, Herman E. Heyd. There are notations on family genealogy, on property in Buffalo (1935), and on stock lists and taxes for 1943.
There is a partial list of speaking engagements and other biographical data, with memorabilia from an occasion on which Dr. Heyd received an honorary degree.
Also included in this series are dinner programs, agendas, clippings on national policies and individual colleagues.
