Contains digital video Extraordinary Event Presentation of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama's visit to the University at Buffalo September 18-20, 2006. The video presentation includes audio commentary on the events and experiences concerning and attended by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. The video presentation showcases footage of the Interfaith Service (00:45), the Day of Learning (02:00), Law, Buddhism and Social Change: A Conversation with the Dalai Lama (03:00), the Luncheon hosted by President John B. Processing Information

Digital files created by William Regan and the Office of Special Events were transferred to the University Archives on various types of storage media including compact discs and digital optical discs. Where possible, digital content saved on storage media was migrated from the storage media, normalized to standard preservation and access formats, and transferred to a stable preservation environment following the University Libraries' Digital Preservation guidelines. Some folder titles and file titles were altered to assist researchers in locating and identifying digital content.
